Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has announced the Jharkhand JSSC Para Teacher Recruitment 2026 under Advt. No. 04/2026. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 6101 Assistant Acharya (Para Teacher) posts will be filled for different teaching levels.

Eligible candidates can submit their online applications from 29 September 2026 to 18 October 2026. Educational Qualification

1. Intermediate Trained Assistant Acharya – Class 1 to 5

Candidates should have completed 10+2 / Intermediate with the required marks along with one of the prescribed teacher-training qualifications such as:

• 2-Year D.El.Ed
• Diploma in Elementary Education
• B.El.Ed
• Diploma in Special Education
• Graduation with D.El.Ed

Candidates must also possess JTET / CTET Primary Level qualification.

2. Graduate Trained Assistant Acharya – Class 6 to 8, Language

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant language subject along with any applicable qualification such as:

• B.Ed
• B.A. B.Ed
• B.Sc. B.Ed
• B.Ed. Special Education
• Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed

JTET / CTET Upper Primary Level qualification is also required.

3. Graduate Trained Assistant Acharya – Class 6 to 8, Social Science

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Humanities, Social Science, Commerce or Management along with B.Ed or an equivalent teacher-training qualification.

The candidate must also have JTET / CTET Upper Primary Level qualification.

4. Graduate Trained Assistant Acharya – Class 6 to 8, Mathematics & Science

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Science along with B.Ed, B.Sc. B.Ed, B.A. B.Ed, Integrated B.Ed or an equivalent qualification.

JTET / CTET Upper Primary Level qualification is required.
