Educational Qualification
1. Stenographer Grade II – 69 Posts
Candidates applying for Stenographer Grade II should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
- MP C.P.C.T. Score Card.
- Passed Hindi shorthand examination with a speed of 100 words per minute from a board/institution recognized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
- One-year Diploma in Computer Application from an institution recognized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

2. Stenographer Grade III – 299 Posts
