NTA UGC NET June 2026 Result – Information
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) June 2026 examination for candidates seeking eligibility for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).

NTA UGC NET June 2026 – Age Limit
For JRF
The maximum age limit for Junior Research Fellowship is 31 years.
For NET
There is no upper age limit for appearing in the UGC NET examination.
Age relaxation is applicable to eligible candidates according to the rules prescribed for the UGC NET June 2026 examination.
UGC NET June 2026 Eligibility
Candidates who have passed or are appearing in a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks are eligible, subject to the detailed conditions mentioned in the official notification.
Candidates having a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree are also eligible under the applicable UGC NET rules.
