UP Nursing Council Registration – Eligibility Details

Candidates pursuing or completing the following nursing courses can apply for registration as per the applicable guidelines:

• Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANM) / Health Worker (Female)
• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
• B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
• M.Sc Nursing

Attestation of Photograph & Signature

• Photograph and signature should be duly attested by the Principal of the Nursing College.
• The attested photograph should be a recent passport-size colour photograph.
• The applicant’s signature should be made on white paper using a Black/Blue Ink pen and duly attested as prescribed.
