The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the notification for the Regional Youth Welfare and Regional Development Team Officer and Physical Training Instructor Main Examination 2026 under Advt. No. 23-Exam/2026.

• Candidates must also meet the prescribed physical standards.

Male Candidates:

• General height: 167.7 CM
• ST candidates: 160 CM
• Chest: 78.8 CM to 83.8 CM

Female Candidates:

• General height: 152 CM
