UP Scholarship Eligibility 2026-2027

Candidates should meet the applicable eligibility conditions for the respective scholarship category.

• Students must be enrolled in a school, college, institution or university in Uttar Pradesh.
• Post Matric Class 11: Passed Class 10 and enrolled in Class 11.
• Post Matric Class 12: Passed Class 11 and enrolled in Class 12.
• Dashmottar: Students pursuing eligible Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Certificate, Diploma and other applicable courses.

UP Scholarship Documents Required for Fresh Candidates

Candidates should keep the following documents/details ready while applying:

• Last Qualifying Examination Mark Sheet
• Caste Certificate
• Income Certificate
• Bank Passbook
• Fee Receipt Number
• Annual Non-Refundable Amount
• Enrollment Number
• Aadhaar Card Number
• Latest Passport Size Scanned Photograph

For Renewal Candidates

Renewal candidates should use their previous year’s registration number to log in to the renewal section and enter the required fresh details.

How to Apply for UP Scholarship 2026-2027 Online Form

1. The Social Welfare Department, Uttar Pradesh has released the UP Scholarship 2026-27 online application process.
2. Candidates should read the complete instructions before filling out the application form.
3. Fresh candidates who have taken admission during the current academic session in Class 11, Class 12 or eligible UG, PG, Diploma and Certificate courses should apply through the Fresh Candidate option.
4. Renewal candidates who applied for the scholarship in the previous year and are continuing their studies should apply through the Renewal option.
5. Collect all required documents before starting the online application.
6. Keep your Aadhaar card, educational documents, bank details, fee receipt and other required information ready.
7. Enter all details carefully and upload the required documents.
8. Check the application preview carefully before final submission.
9. Submit the completed application form.
10. Submit the required printout/hard copy to the concerned school or college as per the prescribed schedule.
11. Keep a copy of the final submitted application form for future reference.

• Aadhaar Card is compulsory for the UP Scholarship application as per the provided instructions.
